Sign up at the counter on your first visit with valid 18+ photo ID and your opening float is matched on the spot. A host activates the bonus chips before your first hand and explains the wagering terms in plain language. The pack stays valid for 30 days from activation.
All four tiers unlock priority table access and a reserved seat, while higher tiers add the mezzanine booth and a larger monthly VIP Bonus top-up. Tier position is based on hours logged at the felt each month, so it rewards regulars rather than big one-off spends. You can review your tier progress anytime with our floor lead.
No. Casual ladder tables run every afternoon and are open to any verified 18+ guest. Membership simply unlocks the VIP Bonus club, reserved seating and the monthly rewards, so it is worth it if you visit often.
The lounge is open Monday to Wednesday from 4pm to midnight, and Thursday to Sunday from 2pm until late. Live Tournament Arena bracket nights run Thursday to Sunday from 6pm. Public holiday hours are posted on the door and on the board inside.
